Opened in May, 2013, it offers the best location and amenities for team building and any social events. Best-known for Lolong Wave Pool that mimics a raging river on one side and a wave-dominated beach on the other. They have Pinoy-inspired cottages that give relaxed and home-y feeling. They have a function room, restaurant, and outside socials area.
